This hunting lease is leased and not available. This 132-acre property is all wooded in Barbour County West Virginia. The property is split by a main road allowing good access to the entire property. Timbering is scheduled to take place in the winter of 2021-2022. Forester has told the landowner it would not begin until after this deer season. If you inspect the property, you will see the trees have been marked that will be cut. This will be a very select cut from what I observed in the inspection. The landowner said nothing 16 inches or smaller would be cut.

During my inspection I found several good trails and old rubs on this property. The terrain is rolling hills and should hunt very well given the access. ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only. Camping would be allowed for hunting purposes. I suggest inspecting the property to ensure you see a location that is suitable before leasing with intentions to camp.
